Cancellation, Return, Refund & Exchange

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel your order, please email us immediately at admin@daylybody.com with your order number. If the order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window: We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all seals and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or have their protective seals broken.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please email our support team at admin@daylybody.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

Inspection & Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@daylybody.com.
