Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We estimate most orders will be delivered within 7-8 business days. Please note that these are estimates and delivery delays due to courier service issues or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@daylybody.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense.
